Event idea for 2013

I am planning to organize a event similar like the one we organized in 2012,i request all of you to contribute your ideas towards this.Lets have a plan chalked out first,this time we will have deadline for each task and plan.Let us do this event on Christmas eve,i welcome all your ideas within next week.Let's try to bring smiles in many faces.

Long time to see you all,we had a great response from all of  our neighbors,friends and family for the event conducted on October 2,2012 with all your contributions in many way.I have posted  both events in our blog for you to see what we have done exactly.Events which took place on October 2,2012 are as follows:
1.Service to Jeevodaya cancer hospice
2.Fun day at Anna anadhai illam

Thanks to our friends of Adhiyamaan engineering college ,Sri Ramanujar engineering college  and Indira institute of engineering and technology  for their help towards fund raising for talent fest organized by a NGO i.e Bhumi....................
Full details as follows.................

Siragugal (meaning wings in Tamil) is Bhumi's annual inter-orphanage talent carnival to promote extracurricular activities among these children for their improved self-confidence and holistic development. As promised to our beneficiaries, the third edition of Siragugal is going to be bigger and better.

Siragugal 2011 will be a two day fête covering sports, science, art, literary and cultural activities. 

- July 9 (Sat) – 800 children will participate in sporting activities like relay, long jump, high jump, shot put, chess etc.

- July 10 (Sun) – 1,200 children will participate in events like dance, painting, elocution, essay writing etc, a Science exhibition and workshops on theatre, personality development and public speaking skills.

- At least 50 orphanages from Chennai, Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur will be participating

- This year also we are planning to route 10% of the funds received through sponsorship, donations and raffle sales to scholarships for children who excel in the events.
